MATTHEW WARE - CEO
Matthew Ware, is the accountant and chief executive officer of Ware’s Padgett Business Services of Atlanta. His firm is an international accounting and tax franchise specializing in small business consulting, financial reporting and tax preparation (corporate and personal). The firm also assists small businesses prepare business plans; new business start-ups and IRS tax representation. Previously, he was a senior financial consultant for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. While there, he concentrated on setting up and improving the financial reporting system for local governments in Georgia. He also wrote the “Full Cost Accounting Manual for Local Government/Landfills”. Mr. Ware was a senior accountant and controller for the Kendall Company a subsidiary of Colgate-Polmolive for ten years. Mr. Ware has been practicing for over 26 years.
